Returns & Exchanges

At Playtech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Playtech account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, remote controls, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
